Programs include Operation ENLIGHTEN, which provides children with the tools and skills needed to see past their circumstances and hold fast to their dreams Bel Esprit adopts a human rights framework in the search for sustainable solutions to poverty reduction and helps to keep the attention on the ultimate goal of improving the lives of people.
