Highland Rivers Foundations mission is to support individuals and communities served by Highland Rivers Behavioral Health HRBH through developing resources that enhance access services and improve quality of life. HRBH provides quality behavioral health services to individuals in need northwest Georgia. The Foundations supports the agency in creating a strong foundation for and increased access to the highest quality behavioral health services for our communitys most vulnerable populations.
