Phoenix Animal Care Coalition
A highly regarded nonprofit coalition, PACC911 unites the Arizona animal welfare community by improving quality of life for homeless pets in need. Their medical grants, fundraising, adoptathons, food bank & education greatly impact local rescue partners. PACC911 Mission Statement PACC911 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that brings together over 100 animal rescues throughout Arizona, Maricopa, Pima & Pinal Counties. PACC911 unites the rescues, offers opportunities to work together all for the benefit of the animals. PACC911 holds large adoption events where hundreds of animals are placed into loving homes. In addition, PACC911's Medical Relief Programs help rescues defray the high cost of veterinary expenses.

Filling a vital community need PACC911 brings together over 140 animal welfare organizations throughout Arizona to create a potent animal rescue community that works together under a unified umbrella. At PACC911s outdoor adoptathons alone partners have placed over 11200 homeless pets with loving families since 2004. PACC911 provides a range of opportunities for our animal welfare partners for the benefit of the animals but primarily assists coalition members in five distinct ways.
