A few weeks ago, our staff participated in the Blue Lake Union ESD Environmental Education Fair! 🌲💧🦌🦅 It was a really great way to interact and educate our youth on why and how we protect the natural world around us! Kids got to go on a birding walk with all-star birders Vitek and Jon. They learned how to safely find salamanders in the wild with Christina. Students with Jenna got to practice VHF telemetry to locate radio collared animals. What a fun day! We are so grateful to be a part of this community! #educateouryouth #futureconservationists (fb)
