Masjid al-Rabia
Masjid al-Rabia is a faith-based organization providing spiritual care for marginalized Muslims. We promote Islamic education that centers justice, inclusion, and accessibility. Though a combination of staff, dedicated volunteers, and creative collaboration we are creating a tradition that celebrates the spiritual authority of the individual and a pluralist community that embraces our differences as strength. As a women-centered, BIPOC lead radically inclusive and accessible mosque, we live out an Islam that leaves no one behind. We uplift marginalized Muslims locally through community building, and nationally through outreach, advocacy, and education that centers the most marginalized in our communities.
