Educate, Enlighten & Inspire at risk LA youth through exciting & dynamic after-school opportunities to build healthy communities.๐ŸŒŸ Kobe Bryant Program Ambssdr Founded in 2002, After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles (ASAS-LA) provides free highโ€“quality after-school programming for low-income inner-city youth in grades K-12. ASAS-LA serves over 20,000 students annually and average 6,000 students a day at 73 school sites throughout the Los Angeles County and Lucerne Valley. 99% are youth of color and 89% qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Meal Program. ASAS-LA takes a holistic approach to extended-day learning and structures our programs around Four Pillars: Academic and Home Work Support, Visual and Performing Arts, Health, Fitness and Nutrition, and Youth Leadership and Community Service Learning.
