A Diamond in the Dirt Foundation (ADia) - with a six person BoD who proudly represent M&T Bank, Penn State World Campus, Acquence Solutions Inc, Web3NFT Consulting, Science4Data, Stabile Industries, and the United Nations - is a New York State 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation with a 509(a)(2) Public Charity Status who focuses on the betterment of the adoption process and connecting extended families. We aim to create an online ecosystem of support for adoptive families through virtual support groups, cultural identity programs, eLearning, eCounseling, Big Brother/Big Sister programs, a Help Line, chat rooms, a BioFam Services Journal, and an adoption database fueled by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
