Village Collective’s mission is to empower 18-24 year-old adults to gain the professional skills they need to secure a meaningful and sustaining career with a family-supporting salary. Through the provision of quality affordable housing in an intentional community, Fellows build financial equity and life skills for successful independent living. We are a public-private partnership working to provide pathways to viable careers, financial stability and stable housing.
