Home About Links Racing Info Videos Forms News Folder More The Saratoga Harness Horsepersons Association is an organization of Owners BreedersTrainersDrivers and Caretakersof Standardbred horses whose purpose is to promote the welfare of Harness Racing in the United States and Canada with special regard to the Saratoga Springs New York area and in so doing promote the welfare of it. OUR PURPOSE To promote the welfare of Harness Racing in the United States and Canada with special regard to the Saratoga Springs New York area and in so doing promote the welfare of it. To cooperate with all authority charged with the government of Harness racing and to render such authority all possible assistance in the discharge of their duties. To recommend to governing authority changes in rules or regulations which after due consideration by the Association seen to it to be in the best interests of the sport of harness racing.
