Sugar Bowl Academy (SBA) is a nonprofit private school founded in 1999, located on Donner Summit, California. It is the only ski academy in the western United States and is dedicated to combining competitive winter sports with college preparatory academics for student-athletes. She aimed to create an environment similar to Vermont's Stratton Mountain School, providing young athletes the ability to pursue skiing without compromising academic development.
