Welcome Stepping With A Vision Nonprofit Organization Welcome Stepping With A Vision Nonprofit Organization About Us Lupus Warrior Founder CEO Lupus Adovocate Hi there my name is Katrina and I am a Lupus Warrior from Cleveland Ohio. I was diagnosed with Lupus back in 2011 and quickly realized that the community lacked resources and support. This realization inspired me to establish Stepping With A Vision Corporation in 2014. Our primary objective is to raise awareness and provide resources to the Greater Cleveland area and beyond.
