They arethe Future 1 in 10 children are sexually abused before their 18th birthday our mission To provide investigative advocacy family support and therapeutic services to children who have experienced sexual or significant physical abuse or other traumatic events as well as traumainformed community education designed to guide our towns and civic spaces to be safer and more resilient for children why it matters 10 of all children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday 511 children number of new child clients we served last year 12 of child abuse cases are actually reported which means 88 of children being abused still need our help 90 of children know their abuser 7 to 13 years old average age for reported abuse cases our reach Davis House Child Advocacy Center based in Williamson County TN is dedicated to serving abused children and helping them to heal from their traumatic experiences. With a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers we have been able to extend our reach to numerous families in the area providing crucial support and resources to children and families in need.
