Connecting From the Heart
Connecting from the Heart works to heal and uplift vulnerable populations with music, meditation & mental wellness videos and in-person workshops. Our videos are accessed through our website (https://www.cfth.us.org) and YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/@connectingfromtheheart). Our in-person workshops are offered primarily in western Oregon. Both our videos and our workshops are offered entirely free of cost. Our target populations include: 1. People suffering from anxiety, isolation & PTSD 2. People in recovery from addiction 3. Hospital & hospice patients 4. Healthcare workers & caregivers 5. Nursing home & rehab residents, as well as people healing at home 6. Incarcerated people & their families 7. People going through the grief process
