We connect with unhoused Veterans and Community Members with wrap-around services (inpatient, medical, mental health, job skills, basic needs, transitional housing) while building trust, to assist them in a #lifepath change. We make sure that someone's tomorrow is better than today. Coordination of services assists to help move people forward.
