Michigan College Access Programs and Personnel (MI-CAPP) is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing college access, retention, and graduation for students. - Study Abroad Awards: Provided to college-level students participating in study abroad programs, these awards support international educational experiences.
- Veterans' Awards: Supporting college-level students who are veterans.

MICAPP is the Michigan chapter of the Educational Opportunity Association EOA. It is one of eight chapters in EOA.
