We are committed to the development and growth of quality intercultural arts in Oak Cliff and the city of Dallas. Oak Cliff Cultural CenterHistory The main purpose of Friends of OC3 is to support Oak Cliff Cultural Centers programming and interests. In August of 2010 Oak Cliff Cultural Center OC3 opened its doors officially replacing the Ice House Cultural Center which closed in September of 2009.
