Seeds of New Leaf Breaking Barriers for People in Recovery Home Programs Contact More About Us Seeds of New Leaf is a 501c3 nonprofit organization currently funded by a grant through SAMHSA and the Commonwealth of Kentucky that strives to provide ondemand support and direct connection to all avenues of treatment and recovery for Substance Use Disorder and cooccurring mental illness with our primary focus on underserved populations and communities. Our vision is to create an equitable and accessible recovery community where all barriers have a breakaway. Seed of New Leaf was founded by the daughters of Michael T. White.
