Impactful Lives is a community-based holistic approach to addressing the "5" significant inequities faced by unhoused single young moms residing in New York and Long Island shelters through individualized support. Individualized support encompasses the provision of essential services and products for both the mother and baby, in addition to offering mentorship, career guidance, and relocation services.
