SNAP-NC: Spay Neuter Assistance Program of North Carolina SNAPNC is currently not accepting appointments for low cost spayneuter surgery for pets belonging to the general public. Our efforts currently focus on assisting NC shelters and rescue groups and working on other special projects such as assisting on Native American Reservations. We have a new LaBoit mobile hospital being built and hope to take delivery in the early fall of 2024. Please watch this space for more news.
