Washington DSeahorses - Home Team History 1985 Today Washington DSeahorses is the DC metro areas only masters 18 water polo club for LGBTQ individuals and allies. Founded in 1985 we are the longest continuously operating LGBTQ water polo team in the United States. We are a playerdriven organization committed to being an active member of Team DC and the greater Washington metro area LGBTQ sports community. In the spirit of this tradition we ask all players to commit a few hours per year to volunteering at practices tournaments sporting events and philanthropic opportunities around the DC area.
