OPERATION ROUND-UP IS A PROGRAM THROUGH WHICH RESIDENTS OF THESE COUNTIES ELECT TO HAVE THEIR FOUR COUNTY ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION UTILITY BILLS ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT HIGHEST DOLLAR. DISBURSEMENTS ARE MADE FOR SUCH ESSENTIAL NEEDS AS FOOD, SHELTER, CLOTHING, AND HEALTH NEEDS. ASSITANCE IS ALSO MADE AVAILABLE IN RESPONSE TO NATURAL DISASTERS.
