Wendy’s days are a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from recruiting and program planning to 1:1 meetings with associates and client-facing managerial discussions. Her favorite part of working at WOS is supporting people through challenging times as they build successful careers.

Sean Yildirim’s journey with WOS began while he was searching for entry-level HVAC technician roles. Although it initially seemed too good to be true, Sean decided to take a leap of faith and applied. After successfully advancing through the Program Selection Event, he began training and placement with one of our partners.
