Promote re-usable and non toxic items as permanent replacements to disposable and toxic items. (ex. plastic takeout utensils, cups and containers; paper napkins and towels; air 'fresheners and cleaners containing endocrine disrupting fragrances etc.) Shift urban cultures toward lower carbon habits in daily life.
