Toy Express | Brightening Lives in Chicago's Western Suburbs Since 1990 Toy Express Welcome Welcome to Toy Express. Toy Express is an IRS recognized 501c3 not for profit organization dedicated to brightening the lives of underprivileged children in the western suburbs of Chicago. Staffed entirely by volunteers and with the assistance of local fire departments and businesses Toy Express has collected and distributed toys and clothes to thousands of children since 1990.
