An intergenerational program connecting older adults withEarly Childhood in Colorado Our program recruits trains and deploys older adults to serve in the Early Childhood Field in the state of Colorado. ECSC is an innovative intergenerational response to the critical workforce need in the Early Childhood Field and to the unprecedented departure of older Americans from the workforce. ECSC is dedicated to fostering a future where all children have access to highquality early educational experiences and improving the overall health and wellbeing of older adults in our communities through service in early childhood.
