Perspectability Inc
PerspectAbility is a Bentonville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers neurodivergent adults and promotes inclusivity within the broader community by creating career pathways and independent living resources. We operate the area's first and only nonprofit you-pick tulip farm, True Colors Farm by PerspectAbility, where we hire inclusively and pay a living wage to help build job skills among our neurodiverse neighbors. We are bridging the gaps in residential options, continuing education, and quality support for independent living of neurodiverse adults while promoting self-advocacy, educating the public, and encouraging meaningful interactions within an inclusive community.
