Disability Lead: Power. Influence. Change. Disability Lead Disability Lead Disability Lead is a network of people with disabilities who use our power to create an equitable and inclusive society. We accomplish this by Uplifting Disability Power Influencing and Activating Change and Making Our Vision Real. Uplifting Disability Power Through events and exclusive opportunities we demonstrate the power of people with disabilities. Influencing Activating Change We research and communicate the impact of leaders with disabilities we influence disability inclusion and we convene peers partners and communities to reveal solutions that create equity and inclusion.
