Addi Jo's Footprints – Helping Families Pay For Children With Disabilities Addi Jo039s Footprints Helping Families Pay For Children With Disabilities Your Wings were ready but our hearts were not ABOUT ADDI JOs Footprints Established in 2019 in loving memory of our daughter Addilyn Joelle Addi Jos Footprints is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of children with special needs. Born prematurely at 34 weeks with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome CdLS Addi Jo faced numerous challenges from weekly therapies to hearing impairment and the need for a feeding tube. As parents we intimately understand the financial strains special needs families endureunexpected medical bills limited insurance coverage and the daunting costs of essential equipment and therapies. Our journey led us to create Addi Jos Footprints a beacon of support for families facing similar challenges.
