OUR WORK The Lighthouse Black Girl Projects takes a holistic approach to the leadership development of Black girls and women in the southeastern United States through a consortium of projects. These projects include research program building and the evolution of boardrooms and legislative halls. The organization creates safe spaces for Black girls in their homes and communities where safety and freedom should be welcomed.
