Shenandoah Art Scholarship Welcome Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia and along the famous Shenandoah River is an area of the country that is rich in history and beauty. The breathtaking landscapes and rural way of life have produced generations of artists scholars historians musicians and great American leaders.
