DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION COLLABORATIVE'S MISSION AND FOCUS IS TO ASSIST FAMILIES OF ALL INCOME LEVELS AND CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS HALT THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE, RECOVER FROM THE TRAUMA CAUSED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND PROVIDE SAFER AND HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENTS FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND THEMSELVES. DVIC ALSO PROVIDES CONSULTATION AND TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND PROFESSIONALS AS WELL AS COURT STAFF ON THE SUBJECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND TRAUMA INFORMED RESPONSES.
