Home | CASA and TCAC We are CASA for Children and theTexarkana Children39s Advocacy Center. For over thirty years we have provided critical services to children and families impacted by abuse and neglect in Greater Texarkana. While our sister programs vary in service delivery our mission is the same to provide hope healing and justice to child abuse victims. CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children recruits trains and empowers volunteers to advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children in foster care.
