Empowering cancer survivors through accessible yoga and mindfulness practices. I have experienced and witnessed a large gap in the healthcare system. The mind /body connection is often overlooked. Beyond medical treatment, the emotional/mental healing is a large and sometimes unexpected piece to becoming whole after a cancer diagnosis. Survive & Thrive want to empower and inspire survivors to o tap into the part of everyone that is well.
