Our Mission Our is to provide solutions for women children and families in needdistress to achieve dignity and selfsufficiency through home ownership by offering five pillars of support Sustainable Housing Training Advocacy Resources Mentorship Message from THE FOUNDER AND VICE PRESIDENT Starz Foundation Inc was started as a platform to serve my community. It is my desire to live an abundant life of purpose and to empower atrisk women who may not have the same academic opportunities as me. Candace Rojas Founder Leadership to me is about empowering others and creating new leaders who make a difference in their own life and then continue to impact the community.
