Development of Original Northwood began in 1930 by the Roland Park Montebello Company an offshoot of the Olmstead Brothers. Home construction in the neighborhood and surrounding areas continued through 1953 and the trends of the era are well represented in the unique architecture of each home and corresponding walkways.
