NCBI Monterey County was founded in 1993 by a diverse group of county residents, including students, educators, community leaders, law enforcement, clergy, businesspeople and artists of different races, religions, class and economic backgrounds. We work together to eliminate racism, sexism, homophobia, antiSemitism, and all other forms of oppression, and to help diverse groups of people to resolve conflict and find common ground. We have reached more than 20,000 people in Monterey County with training and consultation.
