REACH | Reach Out Central Oregon COMPASSION Our commitment is to help people move towards stable and independent living through building relationships and connecting them to resources to support them in moving towards greater independence and selfsufficiency. What we do REACH is a nonprofit organization that serves the community providing assistance and outreach to residents in need. For those experiencing homelessness in the City of Bend REACH provides a safe and trusted way to assist people with access to critical resources and referrals to local agencies which may include delivery of mail medical and health services transportation support employment placement and items such as sleeping bags and tents. Services The REACH Outreach and Case Management program is A partnership among businesses community members social service agencies and faith communities to serve those experiencing homelessness and centered around relationship compassion and collaboration.
