OneWorld Rowing is a nonprofit organization with the mission to help rowers from all backgrounds train and race to their highest potential. OneWorld Rowing is a charitable initiative to help rowers from all backgrounds train and race to their highest potential. OneWorld Rowing (1WR) seeks to identify athletes and coaches most in need of supplemental resources to sustain their competitive ambitions and reach their goals. 1WR then supports select organizations working to expand opportunities to train and race – for those in need and for all rowers. 1WR supports: College club rowing Independent and club-based high performance training groups Non-Olympic Boat Classes competing at World Rowing Championships We select beneficiary organizations committed to expanding athlete access to development and competition opportunities and support them through financial grants, advocacy, and assistance with outreach.
