Uniquely Abled Fitness UNIQUELY ABLED FITNESS OUR MISSION We exist to enable young men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in an exercise program that is fun safe and effective. We aim to create a supportive environment where each individual can grow physically emotionally and socially. The impact this program has had on my daughter has been beyond words. It has taught independence confidence and discipline.
