We're an organization that fights hate and unites people to come together to end identity-based violence. #TogetherWeRemember #RemembranceToAction A movement dedicated to giving those affected by genocide the right to memory, justice, healing, and safe refuge Together We Remember (TWR) is a movement to empower the next generation of leaders to turn collective memory into collective action to make “Never Again” a reality, once and for all. Founded by the grandson of four Holocaust survivors, we have grown into a diverse global community of identity based-violence survivors and their committed allies. We stand united in the belief that remembrance of the past can be a powerful force for peace in the present. Together we work across lines of difference to apply the lessons of the past to the present to counter antisemitism and other forms of violent hatred in our schools, communities, and on social media.

Together We Remember TogetherWeRemember A Decade of Remembrance Learning and Action to End Identitybased Violence 2012 2022 Together We Remember TWR was a movement to empower the next generation of leaders to transform collective memory into collective action to make never again a reality for all. What started as an inclusive genocide remembrance vigil on a college campus became a global fieldbuilding initiative that united diverse changemakers across borders disciplines and generations. We atrocity survivors and their committed allies worked together across lines of difference applying the lessons of the past to the present to counter all forms of violent hatred in our schools communities and on social media. While the TWR organization concluded in 2022 the TWR movement lives on through everyone impacted by it.
