Welcome to 38 OIF OEF VETERANSFOUNDATION 501c3 NonProfit Charity Veterans Helping Veterans Welcome to 38 OIF OEF VETERANSFOUNDATION 501c3 NonProfit Charity Veterans Helping Veterans About Us 38 OIF OEF Veterans Foundation 38 OIF OEF Veterans Foundation is a 501c3 NonProfit Organization that provides financial and lifetime support and assistance to 3rd Battalion 8th Marines Veterans Post911 Veterans and their families. Many 38 and Post911 veterans still suffer from physical mental and emotional wounds such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury TBI. We want to ensure they have the resources they need to recover from their injuries and transition back to civilian life. Our team is made up of volunteer Marine Veterans from 3rd Battalion 8th Marines 38 who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom OIF and Operation Enduring Freedom OEF and our mission is very personal to each team member.
