As a community partner the Foundation primarily works to ensure unique childcare requirements are met so that parents of children with disabilities are empowered to maintain employment and facilities are equipped with what is required for the child to participate safely. Secondary to financial funding for additional staff the Foundation is able to provide individual or group training related to medical procedures behavioral approaches understanding autism medical diagnosis or educational impairments at no cost to parents or the facility.
