Associated Academic Professionals Eastern Oregon University Upcoming Events Rally In Our Valley. Fund Higher Ed in Eastern Oregon A rally to demonstrate strong community support for EOU and higher ed funding will be held on Friday April 11th from 35 pm in the Eastern Oregon University Quad. A group of state legislators from the Ways and Means Committee will be visiting the campus that day and hosting a townhall at McKenzie Theater from 57 pm. This will take place after the rally and legislators will hear testimony from community members as they weigh major funding decisions for higher ed in our state over the next two years.
