Infant of Prague Adoption Service
Infant of Prague Adoption Service (IPAS), with its belief in the preciousness of life, is committed to building healthy families and serving the needs of children, through adoption. Founded in 1953, IPAS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is licensed by the California Department of Social Services. Counseling, education and ongoing support groups are provided to all members of the adoption triad. Through its outreach programs, IPAS also provides education to the larger community on adoption related issues.
