Weatherization Assistance and housing related services serving (two-thirds of) the City of Buffalo NHS South Buffalo is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining the aesthetic and economic conditions of our neighborhoods. TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION AND STABILIZATION OF ECONOMIC AND AESTHETIC CONDITIONS OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ZONES AND TO PROMOTE A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE AND SOCIAL EXISTENCE.
