Hollie Lovely holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Mexico’s School of Public Administration. A dedicated wife and mother of two grown children, Hollie has devoted over 25 years to the nonprofit sector, where she has established herself as a passionate advocate for underserved and low-income children and families. Her career has been guided by a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and building stronger communities through compassionate service — values that remain at the core of her work. With a strong background in fundraising and grant writing, Hollie is deeply committed to raising awareness and support for ARCA’s vital mission. She firmly believes in the power of community engagement and understands the profound impact that effective fundraising can have on the lives of the individuals ARCA serves. Her enthusiasm for ARCA’s mission, combined with her passion for advocacy, fuels her daily work to expand access to essential services and create meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities (IDCD). Outside of her professional life, Hollie finds joy in activities that keep her grounded and inspired. Music is a constant source of motivation and relaxation; she enjoys incorporating it into events and activities whenever possible. She is an avid gardener, finding peace in nurturing plants and spending time outdoors — an extension of the nurturing spirit she brings to her work. Hiking and exploring nature offer her rejuvenation, while her love of cooking and trying new recipes provides opportunities to connect with friends and family over shared meals. She is also an animal lover who treasures time spent with her beloved dog and cat. Whether securing funding for critical programs or enjoying a quiet moment in nature, Hollie brings intention, compassion, and purpose to everything she does.
