The goal of the organization is to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive community and promote social and economic well-being, both within the RCEI and the communities and populations that the RCEI services.

This effort aims to enhance recruitment and career opportunities in renewable energy from rural and urban communities to represent the fabric of America.
