The Edible (R)Evolution is dedicated to teaching kids to cook real food that is simple, fast and delicious, helping them live healthy, awesome lives. The Good Food Project is dedicated to helping kids lead healthy, awesome lives by teaching them to cook simple, delicious real food. We are actively challenging the problem of childhood obesity by teaching kids to cook - a wide-ranging food intervention with lifelong changes to the way kids think about the food they eat, making healthy, delicious and nutritious food choices accessible to all. Learning to cook is THE best thing people can do to improve their health and overall well being. Too many kids grow up not knowing how to cook and have no idea where to start. Even as adults, the process seems like too much work, too daunting, too complicated, and too expensive. Cooking food that is good and good for you should be simple, approachable, accessible, and FUN.
