Our Story Arts for All Wisconsin formerly known as Very Special Arts or VSA Wisconsin is a statewide arts organization that serves children and adults with disabilities. Since 1985 we have been guided by our understanding that the arts build bridges between people support physical and mental wellness and celebrate diversity in our community. Our Mission To expand the capabilities confidence and quality of life for children and adults with disabilities by providing programs in dance drama creative writing music and visual art.
