Home Grow the player Grow the Game Who We Are USRPA is an independent players union established by and operated for the benefit of professional rugby players in America. We serve as the collective bargaining representative for the Players on the United States National Teams both Men39s and Women39s 7s and 15s and for all professional Players in Major League Rugby. What We Do Our mission is to serve protect represent promote and develop our Players both on and off the pitch. For our sport at large we seek to help grow rugby in the North American sporting landscape and in our representative capacity we work to ensure that our Players are always a central stakeholder in this process.
